finally ! a new outfit ! I have been looking after my kitty all this week. He's getting better, maybe a bit too much lol Now that he's not sick anymore, he is doing sutpid things all the time >< But he makes me smile all the time (almost) ^^

But today i could do a bit of sewing. Here is the outfit i did :

A bit different from what i usually do, but i like changes ^^

yesterday, i welcomed a kitty at home. I was looking for one for some days : i was missing cats so much. I finally found Drizzit ^^ :

But as soon as we've been at home, i understood something was not ok. He was really sick and was getting worst and worst... This morning i went with him to the veterinarian. He kept him during the afternoon and i finally took my kitty back this evening. He is really sick but i got medicine for him : i hope he will be fine in some days. He is so cute, sleeping next to me...
I found the time to do some pictures for a contest on the french doll forum Evil Resin. Tema was "Virgo". Here is my pic !

I haven't been really effective this week ^^' I did a new version of my website and i started a pink outfit, but yes, that's right, i've been lazy -_- bouuuh ^^' I did those two shots this evening, just to express how cold it is outside, but how great it is to stay on a warm house... ^_^

Actually i'm looking for a way to build my own company with my brand Lelahel. Because if my name and my logo are legally deposed and protected, i make clothes and doll accessories as an amateur. I would like to become a profesional or semi profesional : i want to keep a "real" job to be sure i can pay my bills, and i would like to do clothes as a second job. But it was kind of complicated to find something adapted to my situation, with a very small turnover. In France that's right that you can have some financial help from the government when you want to start your own business, like an exemption of taxes during the first 3 years. But for my very small activity, that was still too much to pay and it could have been very hard to make my company survive... But i heard on this morning that the french government will propose a very new status of firm, which should exactly correspond to what i'm looking for ! It's called "auto entrepreneur", litteraly something like "self builder" (not sure). For individual firm, as a second job and so on, just exactly what i was hoping : i'm really glad about it. I will try to find informations on internet and if everything looks great, i will build my own firm on the beginning of the next year. ^^
I felt to glad about it that my "motivation tank" is full again ^^

that's what we should always do ^^ I've tried again to do the dress with the f*****g weak and red fabric i bought two weeks ago. You remember ? i took extremely care when i sew this one and finally it worked great ! Now i have to make a corset and a cloack to complete the outfit but i really feel better now that the basic dress is done...

and the first christmas outfit is ready too ^^ I will make another one, long dress, and then i will choose the one i want to keep for myself and the one i want to sell... lol

I got so many ideas, so many plans, i wish i could be less lazy and have more than two hands lol ^^have a nice sunday, everyone !!

i've started to make the christmas dresses i wanted to ! this is just the first part of the first one : i would like to sew two outfits on those colours !!

finally over !

I had such a headache today... It has been very hard for me to work -_- And it seems i still have like a curse with my fabrics : i had to re make three times the same dress (and so i will have to finish it tomorrow : i hate when i have to let a work unfinished). I think tonight i will just watch the tv and i hope i will feel better tomorrow...

And today was the 90th anniversary of the end of the first world war. I watched the official ceremony on tv this morning. I feel really sensitive to that kind of historical events. In my opinion it's important we all take the time to think about those wars, seriously. It's so hard to think we're not able to take the lesson from those horribles times : what will happen in the future...?...
I hope i will die in a peace world <3

Yes those days i really feel alone. I got no friends in this town, and my parents have been away from the house all the weekend (which is good because i didn't have to hear their fights and screams). The good point is that the only thing i can do is to make clothes. I've got some problems to find the motivation to do something, still, but it's getting better. I understood i couldn't find a job here, without a car and just for two months now. So my only possibility to earn money will be my clothes.
Yesterday i was really in the mood of doing something, and i started to work on a commissioned work for a friend. He wants a dress for his doll. His wishes are very strict and that's why i didn't start to do it before and why i usually don't accept commissioned service. But as he's a good friend i said yes, around two months ago lol I did this one :

I really like the fabric of the jacket, but it's a really weak one and i thought i could lose my nerves when i had to remake some parts for the 3rd time ! Finally i think it's not so bad, right ?
I will have to find a place on internet to buy some very small buttons and dolls sized things. On usual notions store, i can not buy anything : all the stuffs are so big comapred to our dolls ! But i heard there's some specialized website so...

Yesterday i've gone to my fabric marketplace. Well i hate this place, seriously. But this is the only shop where i can find good and not so expensive frabics. Anyway i've been there to find some "christmas inspiration fabrics". I want to make some santa costumes for dolls ^^ But all the christmas fabrics were awful 0_0 Not really what i was looking for. But in this crap head, i finally saw a very nice and soft red fabric ! Yokatta !
At home, i decided to make a cocktail medieval dress (LOL yes there were some cocktails during middle ages too !!) for Lelahel made from this fabric. But first problem : it was like satin. Have you ever tried to make something with satin ? It makes me soo nervous. The fabric is soft and beautiful but so weak and difficult to deal with. At this point i understood this dress would be a struggle beetween my nerves and the fabric. But at 10:30pm i finished the dress ! Everything was ok and i was thinking "oh it looks really nice : Lelahel come there and please wear this dress on !" And then the tragedy happened. The dress just tore up. I looked to my doll, to the dress, to the windows... No don't think about that ! I was really really angry at myself ! I couldn't believe i've spend a whole day to make this dress that i can not even try to fix....

On this morning i don't know what to do : do i try to make another dress, larger, or do i just make something else today...
I think i will let my nerves choose... ^^
